School Class in memory of Brandon Stevens.
SHARE SERVICE
On
November 18th the church will gather for our annual Thanksgiving
Meal and Share Time at 6:00 pm. Please bring enough food and drink (meats,
veggies, desserts, tea and soft drinks) for your family plus a little extra for
guests. After the meal we will have
opportunity to share what we are thankful for and how the Lord has blessed our
lives.
WORLD DAY OF PRAYER
Waccamaw
Baptist Association is sponsoring Baptist Women’s World Day of Prayer on
November 5, 2012 at 6:30 pm at Victory Baptist Church, Myrtle Beach. Registration
and meal begins at 5:30 pm. (no charge for meal.) Each person please bring a non-perishable
food item. A love offering will be taken
for Day of Prayer Projects.
OPERATION
CHRISTMAS CHILD
You are reminded to bring your shoeboxes in by
November 14th. The boxes are collected and taken across the world to
children and the Gospel is shared with families as they are distributed. Please
include $7.00 with each box to cover shipping costs. Deadline to turn in your
boxes is November 14th.
PRISON PACKETS
Money for prison packets needs to be received by
November 14th. If you wish to participate, please give your money
($8.00 per packet to Melda Ford. They
need to be ready for delivery to the prisons by November 18th.
