WEEK OF PRAYER emphasis for International Missions ends today, but our prayers do not stop. As you continue to pray, consider how you can help spread the good news of Christ to the world through the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering. Our church goal is $3,000.
PRACTICE for the Children and Youth Christmas presentation on Sunday, the 19th, will be on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm and Sunday’s at 6:00 pm. Please contact Dana Booth for further information.
CHRISTMAS CARD MAIL BOX
The “Lottie Moon Mailbox” is available again this year. If you plan to mail Christmas cards to those in the church family, put your cards in the “Lottie Moon Mailbox” and give the money you would spend on postage to the “Lottie Moon Christmas Offering.” Deadline to use the box is December 19th in the morning service.
CALLED BUSINESS MEETING
There will be a called business meeting on Dec. 15th at 7:30 pm for the purpose of approving the 2011 budget.
POINSETTIAS
Today is the deadline for ordering poinsettias to decorate the sanctuary for Christmas. Order forms are on the tables near entrances. Cost is $11.00 each.

Today is Matt’s last day with us as Youth Minister. We appreciate all that he has done with our youth and the Christian example he has been for them. As he follows God’s leadership in other areas of ministry, we wish him well.

THANKS for the generous response to the SHEPHERD’s TABLE project
and the SHOE BOX MINISTRY. 75 Shoe Boxes were filled! PRISON PACKETS are due November 28th.
The WMU participated in the “WE’RE HERE FOR YOU “ ministry this month. They gave 276 cards to residents at Kinston, Agape & Loris Nursing homes. Employees at these facilities were given “appreciation goodies” (cup cakes & cookies.)
