MISSIONS
Lottie Moon Missions Offering goal is
$3,000.00 - Gifts to date $ 362.00
We will operate the Lottie Moon Christmas Card Mailbox
again this year. Please bring your cards
for the church family to the Lottie Moon Card Exchange box Nov. 15 – Dec 13.
Donate your postage to the Lottie Moon Offering.
We will help with the Coastal RTA’s 10th
annual “Coats for Kids” drive. There
will be a donation box available in the main hallway near the bulletin board.
Items to donate are new and gently used coats, sweaters, blankets, scarves,
mittens, gloves, and hats. (all sizes). Items will be collected until December
15th.
SHOE
BOXES
We have mailed 60 Shoe Boxes to Samaritan’s
Purse! A big THANKS to Tammy Stevens, Mission Friends, the Youth and all of you
who contributed financially to this project. When we are able to share, we are
most blessed.
CHRISTMAS,
CANDLELIGHT AND COMMUNION
On December 13, 2015 the church will gather
at 6:00 pm. Join us as we partake of
communion, hear the story of Christmas, sing carols, enjoy the sounds of
Christmas and light the candles. The
event is for all of the family, so plan to attend and bring some friends.

The new Flower Calendar is up and ready for
you to use. Please use pencil on the the
calendar and place your name and phone number on the Sunday you want to
choose. All dates are “first come, first served” so reserve your date
now.

SINGING
CHRISTMAS TREE
The
Singing Christmas Tree is a popular holiday celebration. This event on December
12, 2015 is for the whole family. The bus will leave at 4:00 pm.
Please
sign-up if you will be riding the bus. We will stop and eat at Prosser’s Buffet
on the way. See Renee Sullivan for free tickets. You must have a
ticket to
attend.
POINSETTIAS
If you wish
to place a poinsettia in the sanctuary during the Christmas
along with
$12.00 for each plant need to be turned in TODAY. Place
your order
and money in an envelope or you may use one check for
your tithe
and poinsettia and list it on your offering envelope.
Poinsettias will be in the sanctuary on December 13th
and 20th.
