WELCOME
We
welcome Chaplain Colonel Michael BeLue (Ret.) and his wife. Elaine, to Good
Hope Baptist Chjurch. He will be filling
the pulpit while Pastor John and Renee are spending time with family for
Christmas. Rev. BeLue began ministry as a Bi-Vocational Pastor in 1979. Following that, he pastored two churches over
a five year period before becoming an Army Chaplain. He served as Chaplain from 1985 until 2009 when
he retired from the military. He is
certified in Transitional Pastoral Ministry and served as Transitional Pastor
at Langston Baptist in 2011. He served
as Interim Director of Missions for the Waccamaw Association from June 2012 until
April 2015. He and his wife Elaine live
in Carolina Forest and are members of Langston Baptist Church in Conway.

Offering
envelope boxes are available to begin using in January 2016. In
order to
receive a giving record from the Church, you must write your name
and list the
amount you are giving on each envelope that you use. Call the
church office

In this season of giving, remember that Christmas
is all about Jesus Christ!
If you
wish to make a special gift to the Church or catch up on your tithe to
be
included for 2015, it must be given
before Dec. 31, 2015 according to
IRS rulings. Thank you for your

TAKING DOWN THE
GREENS
Tonight
at 6:00 pm our service will be “Taking Down the Greens”.There
will
be songs, devotion and a time of fellowship after the decorations are
put
