10:00am – Give
thanks to God by attending your Bible Study group.
11:00am – Give your
praise by worshipping Him. Psalm 100:4 says “Enter into His
gates with
thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and
bless
His name.”
6:00pm – Come and
enjoy our annual church-wide Thanksgiving Meal. Please bring plenty of food &
drinks (meats, vegetables,
desserts, tea, soda, etc.) for your family plus a little for guests.
Share Service – After the
meal we will have the opportunity to give thanks to the Lord and share how
He has blessed this
past year. This is always a special time in the life of our church
family. You will
miss a real blessing if you miss this!

There will be a “Meet & Greet”

Plan
to see “HEAVEN” by Billy Graham
What would you do to
help someone know Jesus Christ?
On Sunday, November 16, 2014 at 6:00 pm all you need to do
is bring that loved one or friend to Good Hope Baptist Church. Our church has
the opportunity to participate in a crusade with Billy Graham’s organization.
The message
is powerful! The purpose is to bring those who need Jesus Christ as Savior.
List five or six family and friends who need to be saved, begin to pray for
them, then ask them to come with you to this momentous event. Let's
pray hard and work hard to see souls saved!
BIBLE STUDY IS VITAL TO
YOUR SPIRITUAL LIFE!
These are
the headlines in all the Christian periodicals and all of the Christian leaders
agree. Genuine believers slowly become
backslidden when they are not actively involved in a Sunday School class.
Let me challenge you to:
1.
Pray
for your class leaders as they study and prepare to share God’s Word with you.
2.
Attend
your class! Be on time. We must begin at 10:00am to have time to see what God
wants us to discover.
3.
Bring
the whole family. It is sad when only some of the family attend and others stay
home.
Everyone needs the community of God’s family at Good Hope Baptist
Church.
4.
Bring
someone with you. We must be focused on
others. Throughout the Bible you see God’s people reaching out to include
others. Andrew brought Peter.
See you in Sunday School at 10:00am sharp,
Pastor John
