FLOWERS
The flowers
in the sanctuary today are given by Rick and Angela Rush in honor of Dylan’s
birthday.
“If you destroyed all the churches
tomorrow,” someone once said, “people would the very day afterwards begin to
build them back again. That’s true because the church stands for something
vital and essential.”
The church gains its significance, in
part, because it is the only movement Jesus left on earth to represent Him and
to which He committed the work of extending his kingdom. It, like nothing else
other than the Bible, has the stamp of divine approval upon it.
On Sunday, September 8, 2013, let’s
demonstrate our love for Good Hope Baptist Church. Plan to attend and bring the
entire family. Bring some friends for Sunday School and Worship.
