SYMPATHY
The Pastor and church family
at Good Hope express our love and sympathy
to the Debbie Booth family. “Blessed be the God of all comfort, who
comforts
us in all our
tribulations.” 2 Corinthians 1:
3-4.
DEACON SELECTION
Next Sunday, August 17, two individuals will seek
approval to serve as deacons. We
appreciate Charles Hucks and Brent Groome for their leadership and faithfulness
in serving the Church family and the Lord the past three years.
MISSION
REPORT
We have a special treat tonight at 6:00 pm. John Long will share with us what God is
doing in Africa from his recent trip last month. Also he will be presented with the VBS
offering that the children gave to help the orphans in Tanzania.
HOMEBOUND
Our Homebound members all appreciate your
calls, visits, and prayers.
It is so nice to be remembered and missed when
you are not able to
worship with your church family. Please
continue to reach out to them
in any way you can.
