GLOBAL MISSIONS

Our goal for Lottie Moon gifts for International Missions is $3,000.00. So far we have received $3,125.00. How does our giving make an impact? When our church partners with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention and gives to the Lottie Moon offering, missionaries are able to share the gospel with unreached people groups, train believers to start new churches, assist in the planting of new churches, show Christ’s love to those in distress and, most importantly, work to spread the kingdom of God. According to IMB’s 2013 Annual Statistical Report, our missionaries shared the gospel with 1.7 million people, trained 23,000 nationals to start new churches and helped plant 6,200 churches. While those statistics are exciting, there are still 4 billion people who remain lost. Pray for our Mission family as they are diligent in preaching the Gospel around the world!

BAPTIST MEN’S DAY

Calling all men! Baptist Men’s Day is a time to challenge men to be “men of God!”  Men must step up and provide Godly leadership in the home, church, community, and world. Men must lead in worship, prayer, service ministry, and Bible Study. Invite men to attend on Sunday, January 18, 2015.

The Winter Quarterly meeting of the WBA will be on January 26, 2015 at Tilly Swamp Baptist Church. A meal will be served at 6:00p.m., meeting begins at 7:00p.m. Please see the Pastor if you will attend.

 and phone number on the date that you choose.  Please keep arrangements

 under thirty-two inches in height.  Each date is a first come first choose basis,

 so make your choices as early as possible to secure the date you desire.
