EASTER OUTREACH
Plan to invite and bring
family and guests this Easter. More folks are open to visit a church on Easter
and many are deciding on where to go. This is not a challenge to invite
people who may already be happily attending church somewhere else. No, in fact
we are encouraging you to think of those who are not regularly attending church
and would be missing out on one of the most amazing days of Christian worship…Easter
Sunday!
THE LORD’S SUPPER
On Palm Sunday, April 13th,
the church will assemble to celebrate The Lord’s Supper
Plan to participate in this special time of reflection and commitment.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
Vacation Bible
School is set for July 13 - 18, 2014. The theme is “Agency D3,
Discover, Decide, Defend.” The key verse is 1 Peter 3:15. We are already in the
planning stages for a super VBS! It’s going to be a blast! If you would like to
be a part of this exciting ministry, please sign up! You will receive such a
blessing!

HOMECOMING
The
150th Homecoming Committee needs your help to make a slide show:
We
would like any PHOTOS of church events that you might have. Events may
include May Day, VBS, Fish Fries,
Homecomings, any kind of church gatherings
or
parties, singings, building projects, children & youth events, plays,
Mission
groups and projects.
Please
do the following so we can return them properly:
Put
your name on the back of each photo. On paper or index card write the
name of people in photo if necessary.
Place in envelope with your name and number of photos on the outside and seal. Give to
Melda Ford as soon as possible.

Bring
your friends to our egg hunt and cookout on Saturday, April19th at
11:30 a.m. We will hear the “Story of Easter”, have hamburgers and
hot dogs and an egg hunt! All children please bring one dozen prepared
eggs per child.
