Grandson James Benton Todd was born at 3:31 a.m. on Wednesday March 6,
2013 and weighed in at 8 lbs. 8 oz.
EASTER OUTREACH
Plan
to invite and bring family and guests this Easter. More folks are open to visit church on Easter
and many are deciding on where to go.
This in not a challenge to invite people who may already be happily
attending church somewhere else so that we can build our numbers. No, in fact we are encouraging you to think
of someone who might not be in church at all on Easter Sunday and would be
missing out on one of the most amazing days of Christian worship…Easter Sunday!
GOOD HOPE VOLUNTEERS
I
want you to know that your volunteer efforts are greatly appreciated. You have
taken time from the “busy-ness” of your own schedule to participate in
ministries here at Good Hope Baptist Church.
While the church has greatly benefited from your service, please
understand that God Himself sees and rewards those who diligently serve
Him. At times it may seem that much of
the work is “behind the scenes” and no one really cares. I want to encourage you and remind you that
in reality the lives of many children, teens and adults are influenced by your
dedication and love for others and the Lord.

emphasis theme is “Whatever
It Takes – Reaching the One.” A
missions offering will be
received through the month of March. Our church goal is $1,200.00. Annie Armstrong Offering to date $140.00.

CHILDREN’S EASTER ACTIVITIES
Bring your friends to our egg hunt
and cookout on Saturday, March 30th at 11:30 a.m. We will hear the “Story of Easter”, have hamburgers and hotdogs and an egg hunt! All children please bring one dozen prepared
eggs per child.

Race Day at Darlington Raceway will be Saturday, May 11, 2013. Please pick up a registration sheet at any
church entrance, fill it out and return it to the church office. Registration sheets must be turned in with $25.00 before April 3, 2013.
